All items are fully refurbished before selling, including cleaning, setting & claw inspection, rhodium plating (where required). Many items will appear as new.

We offer a sizing service on all our items before we dispatch (when possible), contact us for a quote, simply send us a message before you have purchased the item with your desired ring size. However please note the following:

1) The sizing cost will not be refunded if you request a sizing prior to dispatch

2) Some ring designs will only allow limited sizing (please read item description carefully).

Any item returned without a fault will only be refunded the purchase amount (i.e. we will not refund the cost of postage). Returned items will also be subject to inspection upon return, and we will not refund if we deem the item to be damaged or altered from its original description.
